André Moreira is a professional with more than 25 years of experience as senior executive, both in Brazil and abroad, in major multinational companies.

Graduated in Business Administration by UFF-RJ, with a full Executive MBA by FDC-MG and several specialization courses in Strategy, Negotiations, Leadership and Coaching.

Great experience in Business Transformations, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Leadership and High Performing Teams Development.

During his career he lead various multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments in Brazil, North America, Europe and Africa.

Dr. Larkey has over twenty five years of experience in organizational and cultural analysis, executive coaching, strategy development, scientific research, training, and statistical/quality process analysis. He holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Houston. Frank is an innovative, strategic thinker who takes an entrepreneurial approach to designing and engineering successful organizational, cultural change initiatives centered on moral development.

Gisele Monteiro is a professional with more than 15 years dedicated to HR Management working for multinational and Brazilian companies on the design and implementation of HR initiatives.

Holds a bachelor degree in Economy by UERJ, with an MBA on Human Resources from IAG PUC-Rio and other specialization courses in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Neurosciences and Behavior, Ethics & Compliance, Negotiation, PI Analysis (Predictive Index) and Labor Legislation.

Solid experience in HR strategic planning, designing and implementing initiatives to support organizational changes and transformation through strict adherence to legal and corporate workplace regulations.
