Executive Director
André Moreira is a professional with more than 25 years of experience as senior executive, both in Brazil and abroad, in major multinational companies.
Graduated in Business Administration by UFF-RJ, with a full Executive MBA by FDC-MG and several specialization courses in Strategy, Negotiations, Leadership and Coaching.
Great experience in Business Transformations, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Leadership and High Performing Teams Development.
During his career he lead various multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments in Brazil, North America, Europe and Africa.

Frank Larkey
Senior Cultural Architect
Dr. Larkey is a Senior Cultural Architect, with more than 30 years of experience in Organizational and Cultural Analysis, Executive Coaching, Strategy Development, Scientific Research, Training, and Analysis of Statistical/Qualitative Processes.
He holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Houston, a member of the Association for Psychological Science, the American Psychological Association, the International Positive Psychology Association, the American Statistical Association, and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. Dr. Larkey is a partner of Richard Lewis Communications and holds certifications with Birkman International, Hogan, and as an Executive Coach for LHH, RMA, and DBM.
Frank uses his experience in executive leadership, team training, and methodological design to collaborate with leaders in driving new and desired cultural values, beliefs, assumptions, and organizational behaviors to support the achievement of strategic objectives.

Gisele Monteiro
Senior Consultant
Gisele Monteiro is a professional with over 20 years dedicated to Human Capital Management, mostly in leadership roles, working for multinational and Brazilian companies with extensive experience in multicultural and fast paced business environments.
She holds a bachelor degree in Economy by UERJ, an MBA on Human Resources from IAG PUC-Rio, pos-graduated in Neurosciences and Behavior from PUCRS and other specialization courses in Leadership Development, Cultural Transformation, Change Management, Communications, Ethics and Compliance.
Gisele has led the design and implementation of HR projects in areas such as Rewards & Recognition, Cultural Transformation, Performance Management, Internal Communication, Attraction & Retention, Leadership Development, Change Management, Executive Assessment, Succession Planning.

Claudia Ramos
Senior Consultant
Claudia Ramos is a clinical psychologist and administrator, with a specialization in Neuroscience and Behavior, and MBA in People Management. With a Master's degree in Business Management, she specialized in Interculturality in the Workplace.
With 20 years of experience in HR, she has been involved in global projects. Currently, Claudia is a consultant for the development of HR areas and a facilitator of Emotional Intelligence for leaders and organizational groups. Her skills are a mix of the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuroscience of Anxiety and Stress.
