The 7 fundamental steps to developing Psychological Safety in an organization.

Ensure that goals and objectives are clearly understood, thus reducing anxiety and uncertainty among individuals.

 

5. Offer appropriate support and resources.

Offer support and resources to carry out tasks, this also includes training, guidance and support for emotional health.

 

6. Enable work-life balance.

Promote actions that encourage flexible hours, vacations and free time.

 

7. Lead by example.

Value leaders who have attitudes that encourage empathetic and respectful behavior, promoting psychological safety inside and outside organizations.
